This is a fantastic website where you can learn more about specific instruments.  It is a live Classical music radio station in the UK, so it’s really interesting to tune in to listen to a radio station that is happening live but everyone is six hours ahead of us!

This is a fantastic video I found the other day that talks about how your brain is stimulated each day when you play your instrument!  We don’t often think about this basic functions going on up stairs when we’re learning to play.  But, no matter your level, we are all engaging these fascinating concepts at the same time!

This is a great website that I use every year when getting ready to decide what music we can play for the upcoming year.  I’d like to get your help!  Please use this website to search for some Band music that you think would be great for our group at Riser.  There is a search engine and filters where you can define searches specifically for Band music.  Also you can select different levels of difficulty.  There are audio examples for many of the pieces available on this website.
